We’re excited to announce our exclusive limited release Ethiopia Yirgacheffe! Ethiopian coffees are some of the most diverse and flavorful, and this Yirgacheffe is no exception. Uniquely processed in an anaerobic (low oxygen) environment prior to drying, it carries an intense and fruity profile that is bound to captivate your senses.
The coffee is sourced from 852 smallholder farmers who have gathered around the Worka Sakaro washing station. Situated high in the Gedeo Zone, within the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region, Ethiopia, this coffee is grown from indigenous landraces and heirloom cultivars, contributing to its unique taste.
This is a truly remarkable coffee with a syrupy mouthfeel and exciting flavor notes of pomegranate, hibiscus, and berry wine. Make sure to grab this limited release while it lasts!
