Getting Started is Easy!

  • Let us know how many participants you have (sales brochures will be sent directly to you – free of charge!)
  • Distribute forms and kick off fundraiser (typically fundraisers will run for about two weeks)
  • Collect all order forms and payment from participants
  • Tally the orders and send Driven payment for coffee and gourmet snacks, you keep the profit!

Q: How much money do I make?
A: 40% profit! $6.40/bag on the $16 coffee products and $4.80/bag on the $12 snack products.
Q: How much money can I make?
A: Let’s say you have 25 participants and they each sell 10 coffee products and 10 snack products:
  • 10 coffee products at $6.40/profit/bag = $64.00/participant
  • 10 snack products at $4.80/profit/bag = $48.00/participant
  • Equals $112.00 profit/participant * 25 participants = $2,800.00 profit for your group
Q: Does it cost money to start?
A: No start up fees, or minimum orders.
Q: What do I have to do to get started?
A: Just let us know how many order forms you’d like and the best address to send them.
Q: How many cups of coffee does a 12oz bag make?
A: 33 cups of coffee. This can be more or less depending how strong someone likes their coffee (the amount of grounds/water ratio used).
Q: How do the custom labels work?
A: To design your free custom label with your full color logo & group name please email:
  1. The text you would like to accompany your logo.
  2. The JPG file of the logo you'd like to use (For highest quality, size image to 3"x4" or 900x1200 pixels @ 300dpi)
Q: Is there tax?
A: Not if you are a tax exempt organization. If your group is not tax exempt Minnesota sales tax of 6.875% will be charged on the wholesale price of the products below:

  • Caramel Apple Corn Mix (wholesale price: $7.20)
  • Driven Hot Cocoa Mix (wholesale price: $7.20)

Q: Where do I find the tax form?
A: We will email you a tax exemption form prior to the start of your fundraiser. If your organization is tax exempt and we receive the completed form prior to processing your fundraiser, no sales tax will be charged on any items. If your group is not tax exempt or we do not receive the completed tax exempt form prior to processing your fundraiser we will invoice for tax on applicable products.
Q: Who are checks made out to?
A: Have participants collect payment at time of sale (checks should be made out to your organization).
Q: Do I mail order forms with the check?
A: Have participants collect payment at time of sale (checks should be made out to your organization).
Q: Do I mail the Fulfillment Spreadsheet?
A: Complete Fulfillment Spreadsheet at fundraiser end date and email to Driven Coffee.
Q: How long does it take to receive my product after emailing Fulfillment Spreadsheet?
A: You'll receive the product separated per participant within 3 weeks of emailing the Fulfillment Spreadsheet.
Q: How does the product arrive?
A: Product will get shipped to your desired location (commercial address preferred). Product is organized into clear plastic bags for each participant (each bag is labeled with participant name) making it easy for the fundraising coordinator to get the product to the correct participant.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free shipping on orders over 150 products*. Shipping rates will be based on how much it costs to ship through mail carriers.
    (*We do not provide free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.)
Q: When do I receive my invoice?
A: Within 2 business days of emailing in the Fulfillment Spreadsheet to your Fundraising Specialist.
Q: Who do I make the check out to, and where do I send the check?
A: After receiving the invoice a check can be made out to Driven Coffee and sent to:

Q: Do I need to worry about freezer or fridge space?
A: No! All products can be stored at room temperature.
Q: Does your fundraiser contain any products that are safe for those with nut allergies?
A: No, our products are made and processed in a facility that contains nuts and are not safe for people with nut allergies at this time.
Q: How do I complete the Fulfillment Spreadsheet?
A: 5 Important Things when completing the Fulfillment Spreadsheet:
  • Fill out the "Sales by Participants" tab.
  • Include only participant totals, not individual customer orders.
  • Email the Fulfillment Spreadsheet in Excel format (not mail or scan) to your Fundraising Specialist to begin fulfillment.
  • Do not fill in the yellow area on the right side of the page, as this section is built out with equations.
  • Be sure to double check Fulfillment Spreadsheet for accuracy prior to emailing in. All orders will be processed as we receive them.
Q: How do I make a cup of tea?
A: Heat water to boil, place a teaspoon of tea in the provided sachets, steep in mug for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
Q: Do you provide loose leaf sachets or tea sacs with the 3 oz of tea?
A: Yes, each package will come with 30 sachets for easy brewing.
