Production Assistant

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Job Description

Full-Time Position, Starting at $15 an hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Join our driven production team at Driven Coffee, a craft coffee roaster in Chaska, MN, as an energetic, diligent, and passionate Production Assistant.

As a full-time Production Assistant, you will collaborate with the production team to fulfill customer orders. Your responsibilities will include labeling, packaging, packing orders, cleaning/maintaining our production facility, and performing other warehouse tasks.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to achieving team goals
Manually label, fill, and seal bags using machinery, grind coffee
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas, conduct regular equipment checks
Receive product deliveries, operate pallet jacks, and prepare pallets for shipment
Move inventory and materials across facilities
Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations

*Comprehensive training for all tasks will be provided

Position Requirements*:

Strong attention to detail
Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and teamwork, with the ability to work independently when necessary
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tolerance for noise and strong fragrances
Physical ability to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk for extended periods
Capacity to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis

*Coffee experience is not required, but preference may be given to candidates with related experience. Comprehensive training will be provided.
