Introducing a limited microlot from the farm of Jhonnathan Camacho. When looking for a premium microlot we were drawn to Costa Rica due to its high altitude growing region which contributes to its coffees’ crisp acidity. This compliments the nuanced balance of the light roast profile we wanted to pursue.
After months sample roasting, cupping, and profiling, our team unanimously settled on the harvest from Llano Bonito, the farm of Jhonnathan Camacho nestled in the Naranjo, West Valley of Costa Rica.
We crafted this coffee to a light roast to bring out delicate sweet citrus acidity followed by subtle notes of toffee and chocolate.
We pay quality premiums to farmers, like Jhonnathan, for their limited-edition microlot coffee harvest, which acknowledges the exemplary labor and attention to detail required to produce a harvest of this caliber.
The microlots we source are what we consider absolute best for that season’s harvest. This Costa Rica Finca Camacho was imported in limited quantities and will not last long. It truly is one of the most special Costa Rican coffees we have ever had. ¡Pura Vida!
